Terms & Conditions
The gifts will be delivered as per the instructions of the sender. Any such date of delivery must be put down in the "Special Instructions" Section of the order form.
In case no date of delivery is specified by the sender, the gift will be delivered within 48-72 hrs of the placement of the order.
All prices are in US Dollars. Payments will be accepted in US Dollars and charged to the senders credit card in US Dollars.
In case no one is available to take delivery of the gift, we shall make a reattempt for delivery, if than too the gift is undeliverable, no refund shall be made.
In case of the date of delivery being a national holiday, the delivery will be made a day before the advised date.
The gifts delivered to the recipient will be generally as per the description of the article and as per the picture chosen by the customer. There may be variations in appearance and colors especially in the perishable goods like flowers, cakes and chocolates and Sweets.
Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.
If ordered flowers / cake /mithai / Chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality products of equal value.
Delivery will be presumed to be made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of the receiver. No Claim for Non Acceptance of the Gift Items shall be entertained.
We will send a personal message (if any) on a standard card absolutely FREE along with the gift.

The Balloons are delivered in a pack, as to deliver them in inflated form is not possible.because of Pakistan wide delivery network.

For Sunday delivery any order should be received before 5:00pm Saturday(pak time) for consecutive Sunday delivery.

In case of receipt of perished/damaged food items, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. We may or may not, request you to send the package back to us for further inspection.

Here are some helpful guidelines on Returns:

1) Always email us first if you have a problem.
2) Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days or receiving the item in question except for sweets and perishable items which is 24 hours of receipt of product.
3)Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
4)Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, especially in the case of electronic goods, as all returned items are examined for defects. Non-defective goods shall be returned to the customer and no shipping charges shall be refunded to them.
